If you haven't already read the User Manual (located at the New User Verification menu), please answer Quit or No to the following question and read the User Manual. 1 - After disconnecting, prepare your modem to answer the phone. 2 - Wait for your phone to ring, then make your modem answer (usually by entering ATA) . 3 - When connected again, enter your password after the initial message. You may see a burst of static when the modems first connect to each other, don't worry about it, it's normal.
